We had amazing an amazing speaker from The Fred Rogers Institute. Dana Winters talked to us about Mr. Rogers vision and perspective on how impactful we can be for young children. Amanda Bagwell spoke with us about building school families and the importance of connection in the classroom. We learned various ways to connect and help make routines meaningful through music. Molly Kemp talked about being mindful throughout the day and how self-care is so important for everyone. We even got to see Pete the Cat!
It was a great day and motivated our educators to be the best they can be for all the children in our school. Take a look and some of the pictures that we captured.
