We are thrilled to announce our next Spotlight Employee of the Month! Each month, a special Educator will be selected to represent our program that has displayed a consistent level of excellence.
In order for one of our Educators to receive this honor, they must be employed with us for at 90 days and have consistent positive feedback from our families and exemplary parent/child relationships, they are always willing to go above and beyond to help their fellow Educators, and are a promoter of positive staff morale.
This Month we are honoring, Ms. Marquelette, our Infant One Educator! Mr. Marquelette is an inspiration to me because she is always willing to learn and such a genuine person. She truly cares for the children in her room and has great classroom management. Her room is always clean and looks great. Families are consistently giving her praise and great feedback. We appreciate everything Ms. Marquelette does to help us provide an excellent program and quality care and education to our children and their families.
Our program is lucky to have her as a part of our Academy family:) We are so proud of you; Ms. Marquelette You deserve all the recognition for your hard work and dedication!
