🎃👻 A Little Spooky, A Lot of Learning at AoMF! 🍂🕸️
Spooky season has officially crept its way into the Academy of Maryland Farms, and our little learners are having a boo-tiful time exploring all the magic that autumn has to offer! 🍁 We kicked things off with our Fall Leaves Sensory Bin, where our friends rustled up some seasonal fun while exploring different textures, colors, and sensations. It was truly unbe-leaf-able to see all the little hands digging, scooping, and discovering as they fell head over heels for autumn!
From falling leaves to bones and giggles, our spooky adventures continued with our Skeleton Puzzles! 💀 Our friends pieced together their very own skeletons while practicing problem-solving, visual recognition, and fine-motor skills. These little learners were really bone to be wild, proving that putting the pieces together can be a humerus way to learn!
Next, we put our creativity to the test with Foam Pumpkin Puzzles! 🎃 Our friends got to assemble their own pumpkin creations while exploring shapes, patterns, and how different pieces fit together. Talk about a gourd-geous learning experience! These pumpkin-perfect activities had everyone pump-kin outside the box as they worked through each puzzling piece.
To finish off our spellbinding adventures, we stirred up some extra magic with Making Ace’s Magic Potion! 🧪✨ Our little scientists mixed, explored, and let their imaginations bubble over as they created their own potion-inspired fun. It was a brew-tiful way to encourage curiosity and hands-on discovery, and we can confidently say our friends were witching for more!
At AoMF, spooky season is about so much more than pumpkins and potions. Every activity creates opportunities for our little learners to explore their senses, strengthen fine-motor skills, practice problem-solving, and let their imaginations run wild. We love watching these developmental milestones unfold through play, laughter, and a little seasonal magic! 🧡
